Graduated from the Biological Faculty of Biology of I. I. Mechnikov State University of 乐播传媒 in 1989; in 1996 he defended his candidate's thesis at the specialized council of Schmalhausen Zoological Institute; the degree of candidate of sciences was awarded in 1996; in 2005 - the academic title of associate professor of the Department of zoology.

The author of about 95 scientific publications, 16 articles in scientometric databases (Web of Science, Scopus), 8 educational and methodological publications, 21 articles in specialized publications of Ukraine, 2 collective monographs.

Scientific interests: acarology, parasitology, ornithology
